Do you have a membership fee?
Yes starting in 2025 a membership will be required to attend parties, this adds another layer of protection and privacy for those who attend, it also helps us with improvements and upgrades for you to enjoy. Membership fees are $35.00 per person and will expire at the end of each calendar year.
Are there any age restrictions for the club?
You must be 21 years old to enter.
What type of people come to your events
. Our current member base age range is generally between 25 and 50 years of age however we Have members who are older and younger than that. Our members consist of people from all races, sizes and demographics. The one thing they do have in common they are all sexy!
We do not have the perfect body type will we still fit in with a S&S?
Absolutely!! S&S is frequented by all types of people, sexy is a matter of how you feel and what you portray, not just how You look. We invite all people who feel the same to come visit us and have fun!
What should we bring with us?
We suggest that everyone bring a plastic or metal Tumbler with the lid to our events. We do have plastic cups available if you forget your Tumbler . We offer soda mixers and ice but outside that bring with you what you would like to drink. As far as clothing Many bring something a little more risqué or sexier to change into before our ladies dance.
Do you sell or provide alcohol?
We do not sell or serve alcohol. We are a BYOB private club so you may bring alcohol with you. We do NOT allow glass bottles to be carried around the club. Please bring a Tumbler to keep your drinks in ..DO NOT over consume …if you are stumbling around drunk or get sick you may be asked to leave the property and not invited back.
Is there a dress code for your parties?
All S&S events events are require sexy/club chic attire to attent.. If In doubt please Contact Us for clarification.
Do you allow single men at your events if you do are there a lot of them?
We currently allow VIP single males and sponsored single males to attend our events. VIP SINGLE MALE- male that has attended our events after being sponsored and we have a history with them, they have shown us they are a good fit within the group. they understand the rules and follow them with no incidents VIP singles no longer need a sponsor and can come to our events alone.
Sponsored males that we have no or little history with are allowed to attend with a sponsor single by a single female or a couple. This means arriving with and leaving the event together. If the single male is found wandering the estate, the sponsor and male will be asked to leave. This does NOT apply to things as using the restroom, getting a drink, dancing.... Wandering meaning roaming floor to floor, in and out of playrooms, self-inviting themselves into playrooms, after attending several events you can apply for VIP status, ASK SCOTT or SHELLY. We usually have 1-4 single males per event.
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
As a first time client, we will give you a tour of the estate, { weather permitting for outdoors} . we will explain anything that you may have question about, along with explaining some etiquette
of the club.
